Location & photos
Location
Used to log catch coordinates and show local tides. Never sent to The Salt Log. Passed only to tide and weather services to return your local data.
Photos
Saved to your device and your personal iCloud only. Never uploaded to any server outside Apple's infrastructure.

WorldTides
Tide predictions — receives your coordinates to return tide data for your area.
OpenWeatherMap
Weather conditions — receives your coordinates to return local weather data.
